Paul founded Regis Mutual Management in August 2007. He started his working life as a maritime law specialist and then joined the second largest ship-owners’ P&I Club. After a period heading a marine insurance recoveries department he was asked to establish a mutual management subsidiary, launching two mutuals in the UK and two in Australia.

At Charles Taylor Consulting he was Chairman of the Non Marine Mutual Management Division which led to the creation of nine mutuals. He is a well -respected speaker at conferences communicating the mutual message.
