Vice President at Swiss Re, Mohamed holds the position of Senior Marketing Actuary in charge of the pricing for the life business (both retakaful and conventional) in Middle East North Africa. He started his career as an actuarial consultant in France in one of the most renowned firms in the country before joining FWU AG in Munich in 2007 where he was involved in both Takaful and conventional matters. Prior to his current position, Mohamed was Manager - Actuarial Services for Munich Re in Dubai.

Mohamed holds a master degree in Finance and Actuarial Sciences from Université Claude Bernard (France). He studied at ISFA (Institut des Sciences Financières et des Assurances) in Lyon and is a qualified actuary of the French (IAF) and Swiss (SAV) institutes of actuaries. As part of his dedication to the region, Mohamed contributes to the University of Sfax (Tunisia) and University Saint-Joseph (Beirut).
