Mr. Al-Fouzan has extensive experience in a number of financial, banking and real estate sectors which enabled him to lead a number of coalitions of local and regional establishment of new economic entities.

He bears a Bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in the United States in 2000 and had more than 20 certificate specialized in the financial sector and banking issued by a number of international prestigious bodies such as the World U.S. Federal Reserve and the Central Bank of England and the French Central Bank and the Central Bank of Ireland and the Bank for International Settlements and the Institute of global stability Centre in Basel Toronto Leadership Executive center Sandico University State in the United States and others.

He has worked as the general supervisor of the Saudi banking sector in the Department of Banking Supervision at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) for nearly 12 years, and currently board member of more than 15 companies, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investor for Securities and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Weqaya Takaful Insurance and Reinsurance and Chairman of the Board of Directors Al-Fouzan for travel and tourism and resorts and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Planet Sky Solutions and Chairman of the Board of Directors or a member of more than 10 investment funds and real estate.
