Mr. Khan has nearly a decade of experience in the UK real estate market, where he has been directly involved in the financial modeling, legal, tax, due diligence, planning, investment, acquisition, development, property management and disposal elements of transactions.

Since 2006, he has worked towards developing and delivering an alternative funding source platform to the current conventional system that can facilitate and match the growing needs of investors who are seeking security and transparency with those who are in need of finance for projects, especially in the UK.

Mr. Khan has previously been the CEO of a successful company that was involved in several aspects of UK real estate. He grew the company from start-up to one with a profitable multi million pound turnover in less than three years, with no debt.

Ethical AM has recently launched the worlds first ‘Investment Sukuk’, which will acquire existing income producing UK Student Accommodation assets with value enhancement potential initially.

This is intended to be the first of many, with future issuances being based on asset classes and sectors that can also demonstrate a solid track record and income generating potential for a sustainable period of time. Mr. Khan is responsible for the following role within Ethical AM:

• Ensure that the overall strategy of the business, and the framework within which the company must operate, is strictly followed at all times.
• Identify and select suitable asset classes, which will form the basis of Ethical AM funds.
• Maintain and further develop relationships, in addition to those that are already well established, with other world-class service providers, strategic partners and investors.
• Establish Ethical AM as a market leader in the global financial services industry.
