Mr. Oussama Kaissi is the Chief Executive Officer of National Takaful Co. P.S.C. “Watania”.  Mr. Kaissi has over 23 years of diverse experience in the Insurance and Takaful industry, heading operations for Arab Insurance Group, ARIG (Manama, Bahrain), Arab Lebanese Insurance Group (Beirut, Lebanon), Al Ahlia Insurance Company (Manama, Bahrain), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB - UAE), Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company (TAKAFUL-UAE) and presently in National Takaful Company “Watania” since February 2010.

Mr Koussi has graduated from Indiana University, USA with a degree in Bachelor of Sciences in Economics, International Finance and Management in 1987 and in Social Studies in 1993.
