Muhammad Abdullah Al-Harith Sinclair is a Partner and heads up our Islamic Finance team within our Banking & Insurance Group.  Based in our London office Al-Harith also has a close working relationship with our Dubai office.

Al-Harith is an Islamic finance specialist focusing on London and Gulf based clients.  His areas of expertise include; Islamic financial services (including Islamic treasury products) and financial regulatory work including insurance work. 

Al-Harith was based as a partner with an international law firm in the Gulf from 2006 to 2009.  He has a specialist knowledge of Islamic project finance structures and works closely with our international projects and infrastructure lawyers in Dubai and the wider Gulf and EMEA region.
