Post graduate from the University if Leeds, UK in Modern Arabic Studies. Under-graduation completed from Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Sam has more than 20 years of experience in insurance, mutual funds, financial services and financial planning through assuming significant positions in well-known firms such as; Absolute Financial Solutions, Gulf Cooperation Insurance Company Ltd., Berkeley International Company, Cornhill Financial Management Ltd., Gresham Life Insurance Company, Firstdirect, UK.

During his career path, Sam built a proven track record in leadership, insurance (both Islamic & Conventional), financial services & planning.

Sam joined Bank Aljazira in 2003 as AGM in Takaful Ta'awuni division and currently he is the General Manager taking the division through an incorporation process including IPO, and designated to be Board Member and CEO of the new formed company called Aljazira Takaful Ta'awuni Company (ATT).
