Dr. Saleh J. Malaikah has been appointed to several executive positions; the Chairman of RUSD International for Marketing Services, Chairman of Al Awwal Financial Services Company, the Chairman of Beit Iadat Etamine Saoudi Tounsi (BEST RE), and the Deputy Chairman of the UAE IAIC.

Dr. Saleh has accumulated a total of 23 years of experience as executive in variety of fields, which included the academic, financial, Islamic banking and Takaful insurance. He has also worked at KFUPM as Assistant professor, then Executive Director for AlBaraka for Investment and Development, Al Tawfaik for Investment, Al Ameen Bank in Bahrain, and Al Ameen Company for financial investment in Bahrain.

Dr. Salah was awarded a Business Administration PhD. in Investment & Finance from Michigan State University, USA back in 1990 and MBA from KFUPM back in 1984 after graduating from KFUPM with BS of Engineering (Civil Engineering).
