Khaeruddin Sudharmin has vast and diversified experience in Management. He has more than twenty five years exposures spanning from publishing, university and investment co-operatives, hospitality services, travel, transportation, ICT, unit trust/fund management to automotive insurance and collision repair industries.

He is visiting faculty member of established institutions and universities which includes among others the MSc in Engineering Business Management Programs (Human Factors in Industry) at the Business Advanced Technology Centre (BATC), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia/Warwick University, UK, the Executive Diploma in Training & Development at the Centre for Continuing  Education, University of Malaya, management and supervisory programs at the Malaysian Institute of Management; written and presented numerous papers/keynote addresses, chaired at local and international conferences, and had managed consulting assignments and in-house company training in established organizations. Visiting faculty in Human Resource Management (HRM) at various MBA programs at the International Business School (IBS)/Universiti Teknologi Malaysia/Cranfield University, UK, in leadership and management at Western Mindanao State University, Philippines. 

Khaeruddin is a licensed corporate secretary, holds a MBA (HRD) of the University of Hull, England; is a Fellow of the Permanent Way Institution (PWI) UK and had attended the Asian Securities Executive Program of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, Strategic Management Program of the University of Southern California (USC), USA and a Senior Management Development Program at Disney University, Florida, USA.

He was a founding executive board member of the Malaysian Society for Training & Development (MSTD), founding advisory board member of the Institute of IT Training UK Malaysia Chapter, a member of the Association of Development and Research Institutes of Asia and the Pacific (ADIPA). He was also Chairman Board of Governors of a school for the physically disabled and sat for 5 years in the executive committee and Board Member of the Outward Bound Trust of Malaysia (OBS). He was secretary-general of the Malaysian Association of Productivity, President of the Hull MBA (HRD) club in Malaysia and was Deputy President, President (2008/09) and now immediate past president of the University of Hull Alumni Association in Malaysia. He was Deputy Chairman of the Malaysia Employers Group (MEG) of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Malaysia Division and currently still a member. He is currently permanent member Working Group Committee of the Malaysian Standards on Vehicle Security Systems, SIRIM Berhad. He is a member of the global Research Council for Automobile Repairs (RCAR), Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) and is consultant and member of the Comprehensive Human Capability Association Inc. Zamboanga City, Region IX, The Philippines. He is also a columnist for the industry magazine BodyshopAsia and BodyshopAustralia published in Sydney, Australia.

He was a keynote speaker at the global International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS2006), Montreux, Switzerland, key panelist at IBISAustralia2008 Sydney speaking alongside the Secretary-General of EuroNCAP. A regular conference keynote address/presenter & chairperson, he recently moderated and was panel member CEO Forum at HRDCongress Asia 2008/2009 in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. Gave a keynote address at the 3rd International Borneo Business Conference, December 15, 2008 and panelist at The 2009 Risk Management Conference, Genting, Malaysia on 16 June 2009.

He had played a pivotal role in a Management-Buy-Out program and was a key member of the management team in the IPO main board listing of HeiTech Padu Berhad on the Malaysian Stock Exchange and currently still its group company secretary. He is also Managing Director & CEO of Motordata Research Consortium, a database-build consortium (owned partly by the industry via MNRB holdings) containing cost of claims and reducing subjectivity in claims estimation in the Malaysian motor insurance and automotive repair industries.
